Tech Tip | Niihka Update: Training and Activities

The transition from Blackboard to Niihka is on course to be completed by the start of the new school year this fall. To support the switchover, there is ongoing training for faculty as well as awareness events being organized.

Niihka Training Courses:

- Special Saturday sessions are planned for August 13. Two sessions will be presented in Hamilton in the morning and two in Middletown for the afternoon. Visit TRAIN to view the specific sessions and to register.

- Instructor Led Training provides overviews and special topic sessions on best practices and functionality of Niihka tools. Visit TRAIN to see the full list of sessions and to register.

- Hands-on Workshops are drop-in sessions where Niihka transition experts provide individual assistance. No registration is required. A complete schedule of these workshops is available at the Training and Support site within Niihka.

- One-on-one Sessions with Niihka trainersare also available by appointment. Before you make a request, please check if the Niihka help pages and the Niihka training sources described above can address your needs.
