Running and jumping at the Division-I level is one thing. Doing it exceptionally well and earning a place in the Miami University record books is another. Ella Scally, a junior sprints and jumps athlete on Miami’s track and field team, is off the charts.
Miami field hockey once again made the Mid-American Conference tournament. Despite new opponents in the tournament, including the recently-added James Madison Dukes, the RedHawks have a chance to win their sixth straight conference title.
Ten players transferred out or graduated from the Miami RedHawks hockey roster in 2024. 17 players, including three sophomores, will return this season. The team’s leadership relies on the players who have been with Miami for several years.
