Noreen is ready to bring the Miami hockey program back to life through an emphasis on player development and culture

The Miami University hockey program finished the 2023-24 season at 7-26-3, its fifth consecutive losing record under head coach Chris Bergeron. Three days after the season ended with a 7-1 postseason loss in Grand Forks, Miami decided it would be best to move on from Bergeron in favor of a new direction.

The Miami University RedHawks hockey team has had another not-so-stellar season.  They end the regular season with a conference record of 1-21-2 and an overall record of 7-24-3 and will open the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) Tournament against the No. 1 University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks.

Miami baseball sweeps Oakland but loses to Wright State before first MAC series of the season

The Miami RedHawks baseball team demonstrated resilience after a series sweep of the Oakland University Golden Grizzlies, bouncing back to the .500. Despite the weather postponing the RedHawks' anticipated first home game of the season, they hit the road to face the Wright State University Raiders, putting up a strong fight in a close game.

The Miami University hockey team's schedule ramped up significantly after the new year. The team has played five straight National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) series, including four against ranked teams, two of which were in the top 10 in the nation at the time. Two of their five series were back-to-back road trips.
