Mock Berlin Wall panels to be auctioned off

Parts of the commemorative Berlin Wall currently standing on Slantwalk will be recycled after the wall is disassembled during finals week in the form of an online auction of the painted panels. The panels are 4 feet by 8 feet and will be auctioned separately.

The auction began Wednesday and will run through Dec. 16. An auction was selected to dispose of the artwork because the original Berlin Wall was also auctioned off.

To find the panels on eBay, search the user name 'berlinmaurer.' Pickup of these items will begin after Dec. 16.
