The week keeps getting sweeter for Andy Miele.

On Friday, Miele was named the 31st winner of the Hobey Baker Memorial Award. The Hobey Baker goes to the best player in college hockey. Miele is the first RedHawk to win the award and the second to be nominated.

Miele beat out Boston College’s Cam Atkinson and the University of North Dakota’s Matt Frattin.

Miele was the nation’s leading scorer this season with 71 points.
