Tim Melley, director of the Humanities Center, announced this removal of funds in an email shared with the humanities departments.

Chappell Roan releases ‘The Giver’ following huge marketing promotions
By Sydney Mulford | March 21, 2025Chappell Roan first played her newest song, “The Giver,” way back in November on “Saturday Night Live (SNL).” Now, she has officially released the song. While I am a big Roan fan, “The Giver” did not necessarily live up to my hopes for a new song from her. Do not get me wrong, I love everything she stands for with the song, but it is not something I want to listen to on repeat.
